材料 - 三文魚﹐ 蒜頭碎﹐ 馬鈴薯 - 切小粒﹐牛奶
1 不黏鍋里放少許油把三文魚煎熟﹐拿起。2.接著﹐爆香蒜頭碎﹐把事先蒸熟的馬鈴薯倒進﹐牛奶也加進去﹐海鹽少許調味。煮至牛奶開始濃稠﹐即可上碟。P/S- 三文魚的OMEGA-3和牛奶的鈣質都對成長中的小孩非常有益﹐可以多吃喔 !!
