I only cook at the weekend. It is not that I am lazy but is because I am working and have no time.
Usually, I will go back to mom's house after work and will have my dinner at mom's house with all
the people.



This is our breakfast on 28/11. It consists 'hotel bread' from Sun Moulin with olive oil butter,
fish fillet (this is expensive - 5pcs - RM15 but is very delicious), Italian sousage, organic egg, mixed
bean and a cup of coffee (Milo for hubby). I actually would like to have Campell mushroom soup but
I worried that we can't finished it. I am right. After hubby finished his bread, he said he is veryyyy full.



And this is the lunch. Udon soup with dried scallop, straw mushroom, organic brocolli and fresh fish ball.
Can be eaten either with chilli in soy sauce or XO sauce (RM17 by LKK - damn expensive but nothing
special). I guess I won't buy the XO sauce anymore. I can see there is a lot of dried scallop but it is not
hot enough to me.

I cooked 6 meals for the weekend - breakfast, lunch & dinner. The purpose is to fatten my hubby in order
to make me look slimmer when standing beside him. I think I still have long way to cook....

'Makan' hour - 'makan' is actually a Malay word and the meaning is 'eat'.....since I am a Malaysia, of course I have to support my national language.
After reading so many articles of making dumpling , I also thinking to try it out. It is quite easy and delicious. The ingredients are just minced pork, cabbage and chinese celery.
I fed my daughter the dumplings without wondering what the ingredients are. That is the good thing about home-made food.
Tofu - I always like to eat tofu especially the soft type. I like 'minced meat with tofu', 'fish fillets with tofu', tofu soup (either with miso, tomyam or vegetables).'Tofu' is very nutritious,
cheap and delicious. My hubby doesn't like tofu so much but I always cook and make him to eat more. I always want to make ' Ma Po Tofu ' but never do it. After seeing a few bloggers did it, I decided to give a try.
I used the instant chili sauce from 'Lee Kam Kee' and it was delicious. I like it very much. I also use the sauce to cook chicken with vegetables.
Puding - I read from Didi's website and found it looks delicious. The main criteria is easy to make. I like to eat egg but no dare to eat too much within a week.
Wei Lynn likes puding ,too.

I found that I actually gained weight after I always other bloggers, they food story, pictures and recipes
always make me cook more.....eat more....spend more on food.
