方便又營養豐富的炒烏冬
肉丸燴飯
1。把豬肉剁細﹐稍微攪拌以增加黏性﹐加海鹽調味﹐做成丸子﹐放進鍋中川燙﹐熟了取出即可 。
2。把鍋燒熱﹐放少許油﹐把剁碎的蒜米炒香﹐把切幼的西芹放入﹐隨後加入金針菇及肉丸﹐加水煮滾﹐用有機醬油調味﹐打進雞蛋煮成蛋花﹐即可。
3。盛出白飯﹐把肉丸加進﹐開飯囉 !
南瓜飯
如果有小孩子不喜歡吃飯﹐可以試著做這道飯﹐他們應該會很喜歡哦 !
1。把鍋燒熱﹐放少許油﹐把剁碎的蒜米炒香﹐把切細的南瓜及杏鮑菇炒香﹐用海鹽調味﹐取出待用。
2。把米洗淨﹐開始煲飯﹐等到水半乾了﹐把南瓜料倒進﹐便成了南瓜飯
3。馬鈴薯削皮﹐切薄片﹐放水煮軟 (水位剛好蓋過薯片)﹐用海鹽﹐黑胡椒粉及鮮奶油(whipping cream) 調味
4。四季豆苗切成短短﹐用蒜米爆香及海鹽調味﹐搞定 !
5。魚排(我是用PACIFIC WEST 牌子的﹐價錢稍貴但是品質不錯)煎香﹐裝盤擺飾﹐開飯囉 !!

Janet, I almost forgot to tell u, Actually I met u in Pavillion. Remember, u and your daughter were standing in front of a video shop, watching Ultraman? I was actually there too. At first I din't know u were there, but then when u guys walked away, I confirmed is u, becos I regconise yo daughter and yo mom.
